*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Happy Saturday Team!

Today's daily challenge is:

25 situps or cruches
25 wall push-ups or regular push-ups
25 jumping jacks or jump ropes.

its the weekend so lets kick it up a notch. YOU CAN DO THIS!
