Our challenge today is to DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER. If you are not crazy about drinking plain water, than try making it more appealing by:
*Adding lemon, lime wedges *Adding any sugar free crystals to your water like Crystal Light, Wyler's, *Hot Tea (decaffeinated, herbal)
Water is very important in our bodies, we needed to flush our system, keep us hydrated and I am sure many more reasons.
Try drinking a cup every hour, a full glass with every meal before and after every meal. I read somewhere cannot remember where that when we feel thirsty it is because we are already dehydrated. I also read somewhere that sometimes when we feel hungry it can actually be dehydration and drinking a full glass of water will take hunger away.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
