I would like to say, that as of July 1st I've lost 8 pounds. This is in no way normal for me, I usually lose 1 to 1.5 lb a week. I've had a pretty stressful month and have had such an upset stomach the past week or so I haven't eaten much. I just hope this loss sticks and I don't have any regain. I'm still trying to be as healthy as possible!

OK, since I (finally!) got 10K steps in today, I'm going to go for a 10K steps per day streak. My most recent was 7 days (May 1-7), and my longest (that I know of) was 12 days. So, I only need 12 more days to beat my longest streak. I'm going to have to put in a concerted effort to do this, though- my job is very sedentary, so I need to walk for a good hour outside of work to get the steps in. I've also decided to post my floors climbed (or equivalent) according to my Fitbit.

And, since I went to the dentist on Tuesday, I'm working on a new Flossing streak as well - I NEED to keep this one up for the next 6 months!

For me, I have issue with my sleep quality. So, I will challenge each week with go to bed early and get up early so I can have great early starts for my exercise and healthy living.

Week of June 1: emoticon this week, I did not do well on my sleep at all.
Week of June 8: emoticon my over all sleeping hr is 8 hr. getting better and feel great.
Week of June 15 emoticon sleeping so so and eating bad. Gained 2 pounds
Week of June 22: emoticon lost 4.5 lbs. by eating freggies !!
Week of June 29: lost 2 lbs.
Final results of overall my Sleep quality Thursday July 4: over all sleep better and lost weight. emoticon

Since I don't weigh myself, my goal for the challenge will be to exercise at least 5 days each week!


Saturday June 1; Ready to get started! My workouts for the first week will be 30 minutes of cardio with the stability ball, and 30 minutes of Pilates. In addition, another 30 minute workout of my choice, which will vary each day. Thats 90 fitness minutes a day! I'm ready!
Saturday June 8; I had to miss two days of workouts due to back pain, but I did manage to do some for of exercise the rest of the week, although not my regular plan.
Saturday June 15;Great week...exercised every day!
Saturday June 22; Another great week with working out every single day!
Saturday June 29; Didn't miss a single workout all week! Feeling strong!
FINAL RESULTS: Thursday July 4; Really pleased that I exercised almost every day, only taking breaks due to back pain. I'm ready to keep on working out, and I am doing the 30 Day Shred this month!

This is a good idea; I'm in maintenance, so I'll have to come up with another goal. 10k steos per day? PT workout 5x / week? So hard to choose!

Pixie, I am in.

Lose 4 pounds by the 4th of July!!!

Saturday June 1; Start.
Saturday June 8; No change emoticon
Saturday June 15; lost 1.2 pound.
Saturday June 22; No change - I don't think I am going to make it... emoticon
Saturday June 29; lost 1.4 pound (total lost = 2.6 pounds)
FINAL RESULTS: Thursday July 4 - no change, did not win the challenge, but still lost a total of 2.6 pounds!
