Hello Team! We've had some interest in a Mindful Eating Challenge so we thought we would give it a try for a few days.
Each day we will have mindfulness activities and "things to think about". The focus of this will be about awareness and learning to see yourself in a more loving, forgiving and compassionate way.
After you have read the Mindfulness Activity for the Day, incorporate that activity into your day and come back to the thread to let us know how it went. Did it work for you, did you struggle or learn anything from that day's activity?
Please post in this thread to let everyone know you are going to participate. Hopefully we will get a good little group going so that we can share with and support each other.
