I have no "goal weight". MY goal is to be as healthy, strong and active as I can be. This isn't about my relationship with the scale but my relationship with the world.

Awesome!!!! I've found that running unplugged always leads to a PR for me. You can just enjoy the run!

Congratulations on your PR! It's a shame I have not kept up with this team better. Had I known about the RNR earlier, I would have been out there cheering Sparker on during their race! Glad all went well for you, despite being "cut off" from you devices! :-/
Sounds like a great run for you! What a great day it turned out to be after all. Glad you had fun! Congrats on the PB!!!
Great changes yet to come in 2012!
Updated my ticker to a new maintenance goal weight of 136, and will flip back to the maintenance ticker when I get there.
WooHoo! It was a bad start for my day ... walked out of the house without wireless earphones. Without Garmin 210. Without iPhone. Then I took the wrong exit ... I did NOT want to park at the venue (turned out to be not a problem) I wanted to take the Metro two exits down.
But all in all, ran totally unplugged and I set a new PR. I beat RnR AZ by 20 seconds for a 2:10:52.
A beautiful day for a run around the Capital city. Barry, Michelle, Sasha, and Malia did not come out to say Hi, but I guess they are virtual prisoners in that big white house.
I had fun.
