Thanks for the suggestions. I actually found an Amphipod pouch that will clip onto my shorts. Yay!

Nathan makes a small pouch that can be attached to any belt. For very long runs I add this pouch to an existing belt. I put the pouch center front where it is not in the way. Much easier to get things out than the pouch (part of the belt) in the back. Look for this product at your next racing expo.

I suggest Amphipod too. It should work with any belt the pouch on mine seems like it would.

I don't know about one to slide onto an already existing belt, but many manufacturers make belts with pouches for exatly what you want.

I use one from amphipod. You can get clips for it to carry 8 oz or 10 oz water bottles.

As I look at the Amphipod site, i see that they have what you want here:

I have been having so many issues with being hungry during long runs that I am concerned that my Clif Shot Bloks will not be enough. I could probably find some protein bars that could fit in the loops of my race belt, but is there a separate pouch I could purchase that would just slide right on?
