My goal is to exercise 30 mins of cardio at least 5 days a week for the next month. Sometimes this a big challenge, but I've made it so far this week! I just have to keep on into the future! :)

Goals:

7-16 [ 5 lbs]--7-9
9-20 [10 lbs]--
10-15 [15 lbs]--
11-12 [20lbs]--

I think thats a good idea timetolive because its hard to focus on goals when you are not organized. That is a huge problem for me too.

Great goals everyone!!! My goal is really not weight or nutrition related but it is a step in that direction. My goal for the rest of the week is to get my house organized and in order. This is a big stress in my life. I know if I get things in order I will be more likely to prepare meals and make time to exercise.

I'm starting with tracking everything I eat and drink, no matter how unhealthy it is.

Total weight loss goal is 70 lbs. I am breaking the large goal into smaller goals. I have reached my first goal of 27 lbs, and starting my 2nd 27 lbs goal!
