So, I dragged myself out of bed this morning, and went for a run. Definitely a NSV. Since my cold isn't completely gone yet, my expectations were low. I told myself I only needed to do 2 ten minute running intervals, with one minute of walking in between. Once I got going, I did attempt the third running interval, but struggled with that one. But mI'm still proud of myself for getting up and doing it. And the next one should be easier.
