Right now all I run with is my ipod. I am looking at the Garmin 300 series for the heart rate monitor and to take my running up a notch. Will let you know if I can ever save enough pennies for it!

Today I ran with my MP3 player. I downloaded the SparkPeople Inspiration Mix and the Motivation Mix. Love them both!!

I have a Polar 4T heart monitor, but I don't think it is giving me accurate or useful info. I would love to know more about Garmins and other equipment that give good feedback.

Just looking for some equipment advice here...what do you use on your days out that makes running enjoyable for you?
