yes I did. 2 walks with the dog. The 2nd walk I almost had to call my dad because I had cramps due to that time of the month.

I actually drug my behind out of bed at 6 am this morning to walk on the treadmill. This is a feat in itself! I am very proud of myself. emoticon I wanted to be sure to get my workout in since I won't have a chance tonight.

I swam Monday and Tuesday - Not really swam but just treaded water in the deep end. I was pretty excited about that since my ribs and back are still not right since the accident.
However Today I decided I better not swim today because I had open house at my son's school so I walked around school for an hour. That is about it for me.

Yes! I deconstructed and put together a metal framed daybed. That's gotta be at least a med intensity workout! Now I'm tired. :)

I have always heard that it helps to excercise but I can't. My legs feel like lead at this time of the month. I just have no energy to do the things I have to get through the day much less to excercise. I tried yesterday to walk the track but gave up.
