My goal for today is to log all foods I eat and track my water. I have a tendency to do good the first part of the day when it comes to login my eats but then by night fall I just do not track- I don't necessary over eat but at this point that isn't the issue with me it is learning discpline when it come to taking care of me, Will post later if I did it--I hope so.
Today I set out to accomplish finishing a 3.36 mile run in 35 minutes or less. Unfortunately I was running with a friend, and I was keeping her pace (which is not a problem, I don't mind) and finished it on 40 minutes. I do think though that I could have possibly finished it in less time on my own.
