Last month I set my goal too low and ran out of minutes by January 15th.... I was even sick for the last 15 days (the doctor told me no working out at all) and I still managed to get my minutes in.. so this month my minutes are a bit higher!

5/20/400/400 This starts TOMORROW, which is in about 35 minutes :) Found the SP workout videos are very helpful tools on days when I don't have martial arts class, or can't get home before 9pm. The videos are short and kinda fun. I like being able to plug the stats right into my SP trackers! I love being able to quantify my efforts, and BONUS: get a beautiful on-demand report generated...ahhhhh!

Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
