In summer I walk but in winter I swim so i do not know how to count miles or steps since I swim in an endless pool. My goal is to exercise every day this year-any kind will do.

You can either track your steps or miles daily you can even track both of them. Its easy if you wear a pedometer Let's see if we can push ourselves to a strong finish of 2013
copy then just edit when you update your steps
