5 hours of cross country skiing. 3 hours more than intended due to wrong decision making and ending up on a difficult untracked trail and having to climb non stop for 2 hours. Lesson learned.

EDIT: Our organizer took out a map and said we did 9 miles and we had walked a good solid 3 hours.

Walked all over downtown Chicago yesterday with my hiking group, from Union Station to the Lincoln Park Zoo, to Millennium Park and back to Union Station. I'm guesstimating we did 7-8 miles and probably 2.5 hours of solid walking.

I'm back, my knee is feeling pretty good and I'm ready to beat this challenge. I had lost a good amount of weight but now find myself up 11 pounds so it's time to get serious with diet and exercise again. I have 42# to reach my goal.

Basically there are 4 numbers. The first number is the number of days you pledge to workout, the 2nd number is the number of minutes you pledge to workout per day, the 3rd number would be your total for the month and the 4th number is the number of minutes you have remaining. For example:

5/30/500/500 would be workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and 500 minutes would be the monthly total and you have 500 minutes yet to fulfill your pledge. Then if you worked out a couple of days for 30 min. each time, your numbers would be 5/30/500/440. The 440 is because you've worked out a total of 60 minutes so the last number would drop by 60.
