My goal and challenge to myself is to get in at least 7000 steps a day and or 4.5 miles a day !

12/01 6215 Steps 2.94 Miles

Let's try a new monthly fitness challenge you can either track your steps or miles daily you can even track both of them. Its easy if you wear a pedometer Let's see if we can push ourselves to a strong finish of 2012
