MsBootcamp "The most effective workouts are the ones we do" - Bio Hormone Therapy + Nutrition + Sleep + Stress Mgmt might start to = Fitness (partly borrowed from Fitness on the Run, Alexandria, VA) - Probiotics + Protein + Leafy Green Veggies + Cut sugars/simple carbs (plus 1 Cheat Day (Saturday!) per Week)!! Our bodies need just 1 teaspoon sugar PER DAY. How much do you eat?
