Hi, I have a video game called, "walk it out". It is very helpful for me after work. It has you walk to various songs at various speeds and after you are done, it tells me how many steps i've taken, calories I've burned and miles walked. I only have started again, so yesterday was day two and I walked for 30 min. 1.2 miles, between 1090-2020 steps. i only burned 113 calories in that time span, that didn't make me happy. I was sweating and out of breath after the 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Doing it again after work tonight. I sit all day at work in front of this computer!
