I am all things Galloway and wouldn't run any other way. The true test will be my full marathon training starting in June using this method. LOVE IT!

There are so many training programs out there to choose from that it can make one dizzy. I first used Runner's World Running Coach but almost burned myself out from it as it it just a tish too much for a beginner. I then switched over to a Jeff galloway program taht I used for Princess (HM #2). I am still using it and tweaking it as needed. it is so simple that its all in my head. When i used Smart Coach I had toa lwasy check to see what was next. It made my head hurt.
