I do believe that the best gift we can give ourselves is to make better choices for our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We don't have to be perfect, just keep taking those babysteps in a positive direction, and watch ourselves make progress toward our goals.

60#comments for the woman I quoted in my status this morning. She has this clever program summary of Eat less CRAP & Eat more FOOD, where each of the letters stands for something. I don't remember them all, but C = carbonated drinks, P = processed foods, F = fruits & vegetables, D = drink more water. It's funny and basic good advice.
