I went on a lovely long bike ride through my favorite local park. The grasses and shrubs are just starting to turn color, and the wildflowers are still amazing. It was a lovely way to start the day and week.

Today I did New You Bootcamp day 1 (just 10 minutes cardio - an easy day!) I used the extra time to eat breakfast with my kitty, out on my balcony. It was lovely.

Yesterday I did 40 minutes of old-fashioned aerobics with Kathy Smith.

Today I'm going to do a Jillian Michaels workout, either 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30. These workouts are my faves because they are short, tough, and effective!

Yesterday was a 3.5 mile walk with my daughter. We were testing out the race route we are doing next Saturday! Today I did about 20 min of slowish walking to rest my foot

OK I wasnt done. I walked to and from work and bowled for 1.5 hours. So burned a total of 955 cal! My plantar facitis is acting up so i may have to do the bike at the gym tomorrow instead of treadmill. We will see what my foot feels like i may skip a day at the gym. To rest my foot.

way to go alisa!!!

went to the gym, ran 2 miles, did 20 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on the elliptical, 1 hour of ST (shoulders, chest, triceps) YEAHHHHHH.

Today I went to the gym and did 30 min of arm ST burned 131 calories than did 50 minutes on the treadmill and went 2.52 miles and burned 312 calories!!! Yeah for me!!!!!
