This is an excellent book! It is more of a work book to help you find the deeper reasons why you eat. It explores in great detail each guideline and has you do many exercises to help you track the why and how you became a compulsive eater and also exercises to help you over that.
For myself there are somethings that i don't have filled out cause my issues don't go that deep. I have however discovered what turned me to eating to begin with.
All in all this is a great book i am half way through and have learned more about myself than i have.
