Did good yesterday until I got off work & realized I didn't feel like going home & cooking. Unfortunately I stopped at McDonald's & went over daily goal. Not a lot, but still over. This week, I'll plan ahead.

Stayed within my calorie range but did break down and eat a chicken parm sub for lunch. Result I gained a pound today. Never understood how eating something less than a pound results in a gain of a pound.

Even with a little splurge on key lime pie i remained within my calorie range today. I'm finding my one a day vitamin is causing me to exceed my calcium and fiber every day so I'm going to take it every other day.
