Saturday: yes, at the gym and also a walk in the evening with a neighbor who called me. I did the wt machines, free wts, and the treadmill.

I have been really good! My husband surprised me with a FitBit 2 weeks ago and I have been doing 10 minutes a day everyday on the elliptical since then. I will eventually work my time up, but right now I am working on making it a habit first. I have been averaging 6000 steps a day though!

Yes. Tuesday and Thursday are exercise days with the personal trainer. She goes on vacation, so the challenge is get to the gym, do the warm up exercises, stretches, and some of the other equipment.

I was supposed to go to a water exercise class, but didn't get back in town early enough. I just finished writing my report on the home visit. I am going to go do my stretches for my legs before I go to bed.
