Thanks for the article! I do this to help me relax before sleeping.....deep breathing & butt crunches. Often I don't make it to 10......
The deep inhaling through the nose and out through the mouth is how the care-givers tell my folks to breathe. It helps them concentrate, especially when they wear oxygen daily.
