I printed the article. My husband has a problem with his disease, myasthernia gravis, and has breathing problems, He is getting enough oxyygen (97 or 98) . We will try this.
Thanks for the article! I do this to help me relax before sleeping.....deep breathing & butt crunches. Often I don't make it to 10......
The deep inhaling through the nose and out through the mouth is how the care-givers tell my folks to breathe. It helps them concentrate, especially when they wear oxygen daily.
My day is not complete until needle, thread & fabric meet!!
