I ran (and finished) the Urban Cow today. It was my first HM and it was a great day for a run, about 50 degrees at race time. I set my Garmin to pace for a 2:15 HM. Entirely doable with all of my training. I finished at 2:17 when it was all said and done. My legs were feeling a bit sore at mile 11, but I knew I was close enough to the finish. I wish to thank the team for all of the support and encouragement for me and everyone else that they have helped.
