I just finished my first HM in Oklahoma and it went great. I used the Galloway method and follwed a 3 month training program. Instead of GU at mile six I ate my raisins and the worked perfectly. I could not have asked fir a better first race experience. I believe I am hooked on running and HMs. Already looking forward to the next one. Stay strong!
