1. Visit the fitness center at least 10 times in November.
2. Faithfully track points and the "healthy 8" on WeightWatchers e-tools, measuring and weighing portions whenever possible.
3. Try at least 3 more new things in fitness in November.
4. Blog at least twice a week.
5. Try at least 3 more new recipes in November.
