I know my problem area is exercise. Luckily it hasn't caused me to gain yet but I'm working on figuring how to fit it in to my day again. I used to walk ALL SUMMER LONG but now the weather and daylight has made it difficult to get out there and walk. I need to start doing more inside activities.

I also have noticed that as I get closer to goal, I have been slacking on the journaling and following ALL 8 guidelines. I know if I am going to succeed at this, I need to track every day and still follow the healthy guidelines.

But just because I know this, doesn't mean that I've improved my behavior. emoticon
