Those are all emoticon foods to snack on either together or separately. Thank you for sharing some good snack ideas.

You are not alone in this. Planning our snacks usually is an acquired habit. It takes practice.
One small step I take is to keep items I can use such as yogurt, apples, rasins and a few other items on hand. I am on a different plan, and eat smaller meals regularly. So in the beginning, I ate more by the clock so I would eat meet my requirements.
I would portion the snack to compliment my meals. usually, 100-200 calories. Sometimes more if my activity level was unusually high. emoticon
