Your positive attitude is shining!!! You come up with great chalenges. Thank you.
You said it all.
Do your best. Never blaim yourself. Don't feel guilty when it is not in your control, or even if it is in your control.
Go back to the basics. Be flexible and remember that this is not the last time that you will not be able to follow your plan the way you really want.
It will happen again, so think about a simple plan that would help you next time.
Take it one step at a time. No need to rush. I would like to learn yoga.

Take time to smell the roses.

emoticon Jenae,
That is the only thing we can do if we are committed to success. Life throws us curve balls, and it is often necessary to do the best we can given what we have. Something is better than nothing. It is always good to have a plan B,C,D... emoticon

I have learned to 'shift' and then 'shift' some more if necessary.

There are times when we are doing everything it takes to achieve our goals. We have a plan.
Having a plan usually involves some type of routine. However, life events sometimes don't always sync with our plan. Meals can be planned, exercise scheduled, etc. Then it happens-
circumstance which won't allow time to shop, cook, track, etc. It is now time to look at the options.

Are you flexible? How do you handle the unexpected?

Your challenge : (1) Determine your response to interruptions (2) Reflect on ways of handling the unexpected (3) Choose at least one of your options to practice today.
