emoticon I apologize to each of you who have taken the time to respond. I have scanned the comments and would like to take more time to read them. I was up on the phone last night six hours with my father, and slept about 2. I have many things left to do, and need to cut a few corners. I am looking forward to tomorrow's return.

Busy, busy days for me right now.

I follow the health guidelines and the simply filling technique, but I don't track PointsPlus at all for over a year now.
I also follow the Plate plan.
So far, it is working for me very well.
I've tracked everything for over 8 1/2 years and it was very helpful.
Allways do what works for you the best. Right now I'm very happy not counting points at all.
Who knows what will happen in the future.......

Since joining SP I have tracked everything eaten on a daily basis.
In fact, when there are no more calories left that is when I am finished for the day.
Hasn't happened often. I keeps me on track.

We have all heard the it-those who track their foods are more likely to lose and maintain their weight. Do you track your food? All of the time? Sometimes? Every now and then?

Today's challenge is to track all of the food you eat today. Even those sneaky things such as licking the spoon or tasting as cooking. These items don't need to be documented except by a
comment it was done. It is surprising how often small nibbles here and there occur!

You are welcome to share any comments about your experience with other team members.
