Mimi,
I, too take the supplement given to me by my doctor. I am, however, one of those who prefer to be inside. It seems between the bugs, allergens, and weather, I find it more pleasant.
I need to get outside more. Even in the warmer weather I do not take the daily walks I have in the past. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I take vitamin D as my doctor prescribed.

Great idea to be outside even in winter. I used to walk all winter (not when icy) and I let this habit go.

Recent Studies have shown that adequate D vitamans are linked to good health in a number of ways. There are several sources, but the best has proven to be natural sunlight. As little as five minutes daily has shown great benefits.

Your challenge today is to spend at least 5 minutes today outside. Be creative. Winter is not the most enticing time of year.
You are encouraged to share your experiences and ideas about this nutrient with other team members.
