You're doing so well. Congratulations on graduating from the wheel chair. What an amazing accomplishment.
It doesn't matter how long it will take you to reach another goal weight, as long as you take, as you say so well, small steps towards your goal.

Here is a great recipe I'm making tomorow. It lasts us for the whole week.
We don't mind eating te same each day, a long as we like the dish very well.

Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

Comes with WW points+ and nutrition information. 7 PointsPlus per serving.
Wonderful Website.

emoticon We just fiished eating the Spaghetti squash lazagna and it is DELICIOUS!!!
I used Prego instead of marinara sauce, and I added black pepper, thyme and tiny allspice.

emoticon emoticon Howdy from the DFW area of Texas!

My goals and challenges seem always to be in the "small steps" direction. I have been disabled since 2003 and have been on my present journey, to where I am today, for almost 4 years now. In this time frame, I have graduated from my emoticon to a emoticon . It has taken me so long seems like, but now I can say that I truly do take small steps when I go outside to walk our driveway, and on good days, in front of our house. Please read my spark page to learn about me. The doctors have now given me a 2nd goal of what they want me to weigh, so again, here I go on my journey to the new me.

I'm hoping to find some delicious recipes from WW that I've not tried before. I'm also looking forward to making new friends and giving as well as getting encouragement.

Together emoticon !

Have a blessed day and wonderful journey to the new you!

Mimi,
I know from your previous comments how much you love to exercise. emoticon I am glad you have found something you enjoy and have been able to stick with. emoticon
I have read in other areas including Spark, that it takes more activity to maintain. It is similar to the reality that the less you need to lose the harder it is. emoticon Like you so wisely put it just wait and see. I have been reading all day that there is no plan one size fits all. emoticon

I'm going in small steps with exercise.
I just heard yesterday that Weight Watchers will recommend 90 minutes of daily exercise for Maintainers at goal weight.

I've heard that so I always try to get in a decent breakfast to start off the day.

Cookie,
That is the first step of beginning your day in a healthy way! Research has proven that those who begin their day with a healthy breakfast function better throughout the entire day! emoticon

It has been proven that small steps do add up to create bigger things.

What steps have you taken today to improve your health and general well-being?
