I agree. Breathing easier is certainly motivation. More can be accomplished without all the work. emoticon

I can remember when trying to tie my shoes literally wore me out, not to mention a flight of stairs. emoticon emoticon

Cindy,
You are very fortunate that you and your husband are on this journey together! The benefits encompass the holistic lifestyle, fulfilling mind, body, and spirit. emoticon

You have the attitude key to making a healthy lifestyle. It is inevitable we will make some poor choices, but that does not mean the next one can't be better. emoticon

My husband motivates me. We go to the gym Monday-Friday TOGETHER!! I love it!!

If I get derailed.......the next meal I can do better and will do better at. If I fall off, I just back on.

That is a great plan. Life review is one of our best tools. Looking at where we are, where we have been and where we want to be is one great motivator-especially if you are not where you want to be. emoticon
You are doing a great job! emoticon I am glad you have found Spark as a way to improve the quality of your life. emoticon emoticon

I will remember where I came from and look at a photo of my morbidly obese self.
Life is healthier and happier since I became a motivated Sparker.

When your plan derails what motivates you to get back on track?
