My health is number one on the list.
I like to set short and long term goals. I know exactly what needs to be done to achieve these goals.
Sometimes the brain (mind) knows exactly what to do, but the heart (emotions) is in the way......
Because I've played the YoYo game all my life, except this time around, my brain tells me to never give up, and do the best I can.
I never want to go back! That is simply not an option!!!
I have a picture with my highest weight ever, and next to it, me at goal weight. I love looking at it.
Back to being healthy. Number one motivator!
