To take an honest look at your progress, and reflect on the behaviors which led to the changes you see is emoticon Sometimes we take a cursory look and don't really look at how we have attained our goals. We often forget it is the small steps which get us there. Thank you for the important reminder of setting mini goals, which are often overlooked. emoticon

It is so easy to get yourself into a rut-eating the same old things. That definitely gets boring. It also leads to the trap of a diet mentality for many. Changing up your meals, and experimenting with different things is a emoticon way to help maintain motivation.

I go to the closet and look at the pants I wore that are now 3 sizes to big. Then I look at the shirt and skirt I would like to fit into. I also read back on some of my food/notes on the weight watcher weeks I did well.I also tell myself this is a lifestyle I must chose.You must also set mini goals for yourself.You can do it.
