I did not eat pizza for a full year.Just to see if I had the will power to stay away from eating it.
Now I only eat one piece and I'm ok with it. I hate liver and boiled eggs.Weight watchers is an
excellent program because you CAN eat anything.
Ice Cream. I find it difficult when at home not to have second helpings.
Chips. I don't really enjoy them, but if I'm near them I'll eat the whole bag. I keep reminding myself, the only reason chips exist is to serve as a base for nachos (which I unfortunately love).

I don't eat Lemon Meringue or Key Lime pies because I don't like the way they taste, but that is a good thing.
I avoid beef. Mostly my reasons are cost and I just feel; like there is a rock sitting in my stomach when I ate beef.

I just can not eat beets. I know it is one of the best superfoods, but I just can't.
The best I can do is, try to hide it with other superfoods in my Vitamix.
I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
