I apologize for not making myself clear. I have allowed myself to become overwhelmed and don't often communicate as well as I should.
The point I was trying to make was that not all foods suit everyone's taste, or they might not be able to tolerate it because of a food allergy or some other difficulty. For example, in my case, I will often substitute green chili peppers rather than hotter versions. I might add a different seasoning or spice because of taste preference etc. I hope this clarifies things a bit.
I appreciate your query, because if you have a bit of confusion I may have confused others.
