It is difficult to make changes in routine. Earlier exercise is actually a good idea if that is what you are referring. This actually keeps your metabolism burning throughout the day.

I have actually put in a rest day. Since activity is one of my best stress reducers and sometimes I lose balance between calories in and those expended. Your body also needs that time to heal. It is something I am still working on. emoticon

Mmmmm I need to think.
Today I'm out of my regular routine.
I made a decision to have a lazy day and do nothing, or do only what I want to do.
Love it.

One thing for sure: I need to go back to my regular routine of exercise EARLY in the day.
This one is a priority for me.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
