We all have those occassions when we will have a "snack attack". Sometimes our bodies are letting us know we need more calories than we have taken in as an active lifestyle will burn more than we are aware. Sometimes it is emotional, stress, hormonal etc. There are many reasons as you well know.
It appears you have an active day planned emoticon in addition to having your meals pre-planned. Don't worry about one bout of the nibbles. You will get rid of any extra calories in no time. That is why WW incorporated the WP's. You remind us of how important it is just to let those things go, and continue with different choices.

I will be OP today. Last night I didn't do so well. For some reason, I kept going into the kitchen and eating:( I don't usually have a major problem with night snacking, but for some reason I did last night. I haven't touched any of my WP's, so I guess I'll check them off and move on.

Going to do better today. I will do the elliptical and a run, some strength training and clean my upstairs closet in the guest room. Hubby also wants me to rearrange my cookbooks in the kitchen, they are not organized.

Have my meals and snacks written in advance for today.
