Nancy,
It is a good idea to keep things together. That makes it easy to see your data at a glance, so to speak. I like your idea of keeping a seaparate journal for your spiritual health.
Unfortunately, I am not as organized as you, and keep my information in separate computer folders and consolidate monthly.

My main journal is just my food tracker - I use the 3 month journal. I do put a lot into it, my weight each time I weigh, notations for what I've eaten and why I ate it (bored, hungry, procrastinating), goals and accomplishments for each week and my exercise. It is helpful to look back on a week that may have been good or bad and figure out what was going on.

I also keep a journal by my Bible and write down my observations during my study.

Spark advocates the use of journaling. There are articles, blogs and messages in many places. emoticon Just for today consider the following: Do you keep a regular journal? What information do you record have you found to be most useful-how? why? Are there some unusual ways you have used your journal-and/or some surprising information?
