That sounds like an interesting idea. I think I will try it. Sometimes it is easier to eat smaller scheduled meals.

I like to make sugar free jello with some Knox gelatin added. Makes Jello I can pick up in my fingers, and is a great snack.

Managing those periods of hunger between meals can be a problem for some. Others plan snacks as a means of prventing overeating. emoticon Just for today consider the following: Are snacks part of a healthy eating plan? When/if you snack what are some of your favorites?
