Today I went to the gym and did my 2 mile power walk, then I did some weight lifting machines. I am back on track and doing well.

Great job everyone!

Today I went to Curves and also did streching afterwards.
I still don't like to exercise as much as I would like to, but I understand the benefits a get from it, so I'll continue to exercise consistenly. Hopefully at one point I'll even love to exercise.

30 min on the treadmill
30 min. weight lifting with my dumbbells.

I didn't exercise yesterday. I'll exercise today for sure!
I'm planning to do a little of Leslie Sanson's tape and also go to Curves.

Sunday I went to get firewood. walking and lifting.

Monday I did laundry and had a repair person out to fix my computer.
My electronics has been down all day. I am getter farther and farther behind. We changed Companies, and they upgraded the computers, the TV's, the phone lines, the VCR, the DVD player, and now we don't have to have a converter box on the TV's or a router on the computers. Whew!!! I hope this works better for us. So far the computer is working faster. Maybe now I can clean up my computer too. I have lot's of pages of Spark mail I need to delete plus comments and blogs and recipes I have saved and all the favorites I saved. I don't even know what is there. This may take some time, then I can get to reading my 200 E-mails.

Yes I exercised today. I raked and bagged leaves for an hour and a half this morning, then I went to the gym this afternoon. I can really feel it now.

So far, I have pedaled thirty minutes on my stationary bike. I plan to do the third series of exercises in Sparks Fit, Firm, and Fired up.
