Wow, what a sentence that is..."I have lost a whole person and I didn't even know who she was." I can definitely relate to that myself...I'm slowly finding out who I am as I lose my weight too.

I was at my heaviest 289 lbs I have lost 117 lbs. I have lost a whole person and I didn't even know who she was.

I journal every day. I try to get all 9 healthy guidelines in. Most days I do. It is the only way I can stay on track.

I am still on target to make lifetime on Sat. I am on plan and on the move. Funny it was painful to make sure I got moving everyday, but now I feel deprived if I do not get to exercise. I miss exercise more than large amounts of food.
