I plan my meals the day before in my head. Then as I go thru the day I fix what I had planned. This helps keep me on track.

I agree - attitude is paramount to success! I love the "Just for today" forums because I promise ahead of time that I will be OP. I also like the "Persistence, not perfection" part of that. Before, if I wasn't perfect, I'd throw in the towel and start again the next day or the next week or even the next month. Now I stop right then and go back OP immediately. Realizing I don't have to be perfect, just persistent has helped me a lot.
