Sandy, I agree. Old habits can come sneaking in so quickly if we let them come in.
It also take so much longer to establish new healthy habits, bur breaking them and returning to the way we're before is too easy and sometimes tempting.
That's why maintenance takes effort and work that is so worth it. We deserve to be healthy and to take of us first. It's a work in prossess and it can be done!
I remind myself every day how far I've become. How many healthy habits I eastablished already. How I feel great and healthy than ever before.
I'm willing to do whatever it takes. I do NOT want to go back to the "old" me ever again!
Enjoy and appreciate your progress so far. Look at how much you've achieved and accomplished alreday.

You're right. It takes work and commitement to follow our plan especially when life is not as smooth as we want it to be. I believe that it takes lots of practice and awarness, and eventually it might get even easier.....
Let's do it!!! One step at a time. never to feel overwelmed with too much to change.

Hmmmmm, this could get really deep but to steer away from a very lengthy post I'll say this. Action can be very positive or negative. It is very positive when I carry out an action and it has a good outcome. However, the opposite can happen to me at anytime depending on what is going on in my personal life. It can all fall apart very quickly for me, that is something I am trying to work on. Stay forcused and realize I am only sabotaging/hurting myself!!!
