I just discovered the Kashi Honey Sunshine and I love it. I also have plain shredded wheat I like to eat with fresh fruit and Original Fiber One I'm going to try to cook with. I've heard it makes a great breading so I want to see how it works.

Barbara - Thanks for the post and link. I eat Kashi cereals - Honey Sunshine, Go Lean Crunch with Flax and Good Friends with high fiber. All of them are yummy. I especially like to sprinkle them on yoghurt for breakfast.


Exercise is the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth!
