I eat most of them, except trout, dark chocolate and nuts and seeds. I'm going to start eating those.

2. Which whole-grains do you eat on a regular basis? (see list of whole-grains below)
I love whole-grains and I eat all of them on a regular basis except two: sorghum and triticale

3. Which legums/beans do you eat on a regular basis? (see list of legums/beans below)
I also love legums/beans and I eat ALL of them on a regular basis.

It is interesting to read that only certain fish are Souper Foods, but not meats.
Every Super Food is vegetarian, except the fish.
