Okay got it. Why do we need to choose between yogurt and cheese? Yogurt is dairy, cheese is protein. On WW you can have both, and I do.
I eat Wegman's plain lowfat yogurt. If I am using it to cook I'll use Fage, but I have to use less. It is much higher in calories, so 1/2 cup = 1 milk.
Hard cheese is 3/4 oz per protein exchange and adds a lot to a recipe. Why give it up?
I'll skip the ice cream.
