Irene if you try to read it and it say's you need an adobe reader it should give you the ability to load it and it's easy to do. Just follow the directions.
There are a lot of things that you will need that reader for and it's safe to load it.

When I was in weight watchers, about 10 years ago, there wasn't anything about filling foods. What are they?

Thank you for such an important source of filling foods.

I would love? to write a cookbook called:
High fiber filling foods recipes: 3 points (or less) per meal/snack.

or: Low points, high fiber, filling foods recipes.
